I gave notice, a week ago, to all members of the Oxford University Cricket Club that the Annual General Meeting of the Club would be held in Jesus College on Thursday, 12 March 2020 at 5.30 p.m. I now attach the agenda for that meeting, at which the draft Minutes of the 2019 Annual General Meeting and the Financial Statements will be tabled.
NOTICE OF MEETING
The next Annual General Meeting of the Oxford University Cricket Club will be held at Jesus College on Thursday 12 March 2020 at 5.30 p.m.
AGENDA
1. To approve the Minutes of the 2019 A.G.M., held on 20 February 2019 (to be tabled).
2. To elect a Chair for the next three years. The Committee nominates Jonathan Orders to continue in that office.
3. To receive the accounts for the year ended 31 July 2019 (to be tabled).
4. To receive a report on the arrangements and venues for all of the Varsity Matches to be played in 2020.
5. To receive a report from the Senior Member on Coaching in 2019/20 and 2020/21.
6 . Review of the 2019 season for each of the O.U.C.C. teams.
7. Outlook for 2020 season including key fixtures and dates.
8. Any other business.
