OUCC Captain Gus Kennedy has announced the club's winter training squads.
The squads boast 11 returning Blues including 2013 Vice Captain Sam Westaway and 2012 Vice Captain Thomas Chadwick.
Derbyshire contracted Johny Marsden has been appointed Vice-Captain of the Blues and along with Kennedy will oversee the winter training program.
New additions to OUCC include former Leicestershire all-rounder Nick Ferraby who is studying a one year Certificate in Theological and Pastoral Studies at Wycliffe Hall and Sussex and England U19 seamer Abi Sakande, both of whom will train with the MCCU.
In a break with tradition, Kennedy has chosen not to announce separate Blues and Authentics training squads.
Instead the entire OUCC players base has been divided into two training groups - the Tuesday group to be managed by Westaway and the Saturday group by Authentics Captain Hamish Tester.
This is with a view to providing every opportunity for individuals to impress and represent the Blues and Authentics. The squads will be narrowed further in Hilary Term
